04. Jurisdiction and Governance
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Bangkok 29, Thailand.
